Understanding each other
Please request support as early as possible using the number on your appointment letter.
Before your visit
Contact the department on your appointment letter and explain what you need. We record agreed adjustments with your care information so teams can prepare.
Call our accessibility team on 020 7946 0240, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, or email access@thayerstreethospital.example.
Digital access
We aim for this website to work with keyboard navigation, screen readers, text enlargement and reduced-motion settings. Links use descriptive labels, forms have visible instructions and colour is not the only way information is communicated.
If you find an accessibility problem, contact the accessibility team and include the page address, what you were trying to do and the device or assistive technology you used.
